Wise is working on interior demolition of suite 4-117.
Prof. Hosler will move from 8-106 to 8-204. Demolition will start afterward.
Wise will remove Café 4 condiment counter and temporarily relocate it to
skywalk between Building 4 & 12. The temporary condiment counter will be at the
skywalk for 4 weeks. Wise will erect temporary protection partitions to enclose
the wall of suite 4-117.
ABS will perform phase I of asbestos abatement at pipe insulation in suite 4-117
and 8-106.
Wise will work on the existing HVAC system of the Nano lab in 8-110.
Prof. Gibson will move from 8-102 to 8-032. Her Instron will be relocated on 7/8
& 9 through exterior window
Wise will erect temporary partitions to enclose 8-102, 8-106, and 8-110 and
begin demolition of these three rooms. ABS will perform phase II of Asbestos
abatement in 8-102 after partial demolition. Demolition will be complete by mid
August.

We will schedule a temporary close down the area of the fire door between Building 4 &
8 for demolition of the old pocket fire doors and partition. We are working on options of
completing this task in one day and will require a detour of pedestrians to corridor in the
basement or second floor or working night shift. This task will occur in July.
There will be demolition and installation of supply and return air ducts in Building 8, 2nd
floor corridor. The president and her staff use this corridor regularly. Wise will work night
shift from midnight thru 7 PM and take down the temporary protection out during the day.
We are tentatively scheduling this task from mid July thru the end of July
