MOBILE PHONE ACTIVITY DETECTION
DOMAIN: EMBEDDED SYSTEM
My project is all about detecting the usage of mobile phones in unauthorized
places.This handy, pocket-size mobile transmission detector or sniffer can detect the presence
mobile phone from a distance of one and half meters. So it can be used to prevent use of mobile
phones in examination halls, confidential rooms, etc.The circuit will detect the RF transmission
signal while calls, SMS and video transmission happens,even if the mobile phone is kept in the
silent mode.The moment the sniffer detects RF transmission signal from an mobile phone, it starts
sounding a beep alarm and the LED blinks which is attached with the circuit. The alarm stops as
soon as the RF transmission signal evades.
