The Changing Nature of Diabetes - Tuesday 11 November 2014
Specifically aimed at practitioners who work in the delivery of diabetes care this
conference has been organised by Diabetes UK Northern and Yorkshire Region, the
University of York and the University of Huddersfield in association with healthcare
professionals from around the region.
GPs, Practice Nurses, Community Nurses, Podiatrists, Dieticians, Diabetes
Specialist Nurses, Pharmacists and any practitioner working with individuals with
diabetes to are encouraged to attend this one day event at York Racecourse.
