POSITION:
 An experienced operation professional is required for the most senior position of Chief Operating Officer,
African Development Division with Triple Five.
 The COO, Africa Development Division will work on the operation of an already built mixed-use shopping
center, Waterpark, Hotel, and Casino project in a major city in Africa.
 This position will review, research, and negotiate aspects of this major mixed-use shopping centre
development project.
 This role will be responsible for project development, needs, leasing, management and operations of a
major mixed use development project.
CANDIDATE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
 All candidates are required to have Senior Management level experience within the mixed use
development environment including such projects as shopping centers, retail, attractions, and hotels.
 Candidates must have experience performing leasing and project management.
 The successful candidate must have extensive experience in creating business plans, financing and budget
evaluation, and have experience dealing with contracts.
 International mixed-use and shopping center development and operations experience is an asset.
 A strong preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the developments and project
management within the African continent.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
 Expansion motivated with strong professional relationships and business contacts in the mixeduse/shopping centre development industry and leasing.
 A strong negotiator with self- confidence with the ability to work independently.
 A proved leader in the industry with a high level of emotional intelligence and strong business sense.
COMPENSATION:
The successful candidate will receive an excellent compensation package which includes; salary plus bonus and
possible profit participation depending on the qualifications of the candidate.
