Centres getting access to Nightingale’s One World
Centres will be given access to see their own tickets once
Nightingale has fixed up the data – some of it got lost with the
migration to One World.
There will also be a link where you can see all client safety issues.
Ticket # 175306 - Missing lab results for an Alpha provider
(technically not client safety but the centre will not agree) –
Opened May 2014 – South Riverdale
July 18th: There are many tickets on missing lab results – overall
problem is in analysis
June 25th: Nightingale  to resolve.
June 18th: This is a set up issue.

Ticket # 175347 - Gamma – Partials overwriting Final data
(Planned Parenthood)
July 7th: Nightingale has resolved the problem. AOHC  to get
root cause analysis from Nightingale.
June 25th: Continuing investigation of why partials overwrote the
final data.
June 18th: Met with the centre, and confirmed that the problem
exists. Nightingale  to do some analysis for problem resolution.
Ticket # 175905 (Opened in June 2014) – demographic info on
Requisitions for Public Health Labs and MDS Lifelabs is picked up
from Favorites screen rather than from new encounter
July 24th: Nightingale thinks that this problem may be related to
the eforms issue that their 3rd party group is working to resolve.
July 9th: To investigate.
Ticket # 177927 – Problems directing Life Labs for providers that
work at multiple centres. Mary Berglund says problem needs to
be resolved ASAP as it is now at least 6-7 weeks that they have
been dealing with this situation.
July 16th: Life Labs needs to use the appropriate code per
location.
March 23rd: Has been defined as Client Safety Issue

Ticket # 178904 – text that is enclosed in quotes is not included
in the electronic lab result -(Pinecrest CHC)
July 23rd: Scheduled to go to Production tomorrow.
July 16th: Will remove quotes so lab results will flow – this is
temporary measure. For a permanent solution, Development will
implement a fix.
Ticket # 179064 – chart merge function does not merge all data
– some entries are dropping from the client chart
July 23rd: Has been coded. Scheduled to go to Production.
July 16th: Fix has been coded and is in QA.
Ticket # 179273 - Expiry date calculating incorrectly on some
medications
July 23rd: Leona  to write a blurb and put on Customer Central –
the prescription expires based on the last expiry date of
themedication on the prescription.
July 16th: The code is working the way it should. Leona has
escalated to Jeff, and asks if this is the correct logic.
Jul 9th - # 179273 – Centre Town – ticket opened in July. When
you open the prescription history, NOD indicates that medication
will expire in “n” days but medication date has already expired.
