Next to surgery prices: state that a $10 exam fee / medical waste fee will be added to the price.
All clinic and surgery patients with fleas will be treated with Capstar: $6 per pill
All animals will be tattooed during surgery to signify they are altered (no extra fee).
Pain Medication Prices
One dose of injectable metacam is included in the surgery fee, but an additional dose may be
purchased.

Additional Charges During Surgery:
There may be additional charges due to factors that cause the procedure to take longer than normal. These
charges include, but are not limited to:

Cherry eye removal: $70 (if preformed during a spay or neuter), $250 (as the sole reason for
surgery / includes anesthesia fee)
Dewclaw removal (each): $10-$30 (during a spay or neuter)
Dewclaw removal (not during a spay or neuter surgery): $10-$30 each plus $50 fee for
anesthesia
Umbilical hernia (during a spay or neuter): $25-$45
Umbilical hernia (not during a spay or neuter surgery): $75-$95 plus $50 anesthesia fee
Inguinal hernia (during a spay or neuter surgery): $80-$100
Inguinal hernia (not during a spay or neuter surgery: $250 / includes anesthesia fee)
Crytorchid ($25-$70)
Teeth retractions (during spay or neuter surgery): $7-$50 *ask about dentals
Biopsy (during spay or neuter surgery): $150
Mass removal: price varies (discretion of the Dr.)

Heartworm treatment
Immiticide is on back order, so this is on hold. Slow Kill method may be used at the Doctor’s discretion.
Demodex mange treatment: $40.00 -$60.00 (per month) or $10.00 per ml
Sarcoptic mange treatment - $10.00 per cat (1-2 treatments) or $10.00 per ml for dog (1-2 treatments)
Ear mite treatment: $10.00 (per treatment)
Various medications and treatments: antibiotics, ointments, steroids, anti-fungal medications, ear
cleanser, and medicated shampoos: $10 minimum (call for specific prices)
Heartworm prevention (Dogs): Iverheart Max: Heartworm test required (see prices and details
attached)
Heartworm and flea prevention (Dogs): Sentinel: Heartworm test required (see details and prices
