NOTICE
ADMISSION NOTICE FOR THE STUDENT FOR CLASS XI KV NO 2 KHARAGPUR
All the parents and students are informed that Admission schedule for the session 2014-15 for Class XI, in
all the streams, as per following schedule:
1) Admission Option Form will be issued & submitted from 26-05-14 to 13.06.2014 between 10.00AM to
12.00 Noon from/to the office.
2) Admission Option Forms, along with admit Card and down loaded Marks sheet, self attested by the
Parents to be submitted
3) Declaration of final list will be published on 19-06-2014.
4) Fees will be collected from 23-06-2014 to 30-06-2014
i) Fees for XI Science with Computer science Rs.3150/- (VVN-1500/-+Tuition fee-1200/-+ Computer
science fee-450/-) and without Computer Science of Rs.3000/- (VVN-1500/-+Tuition fee-1200/-+
Computer fee-300/-) per Quarter.
ii) Fees for XI Commerce and Humanities without I.P Rs.2700/- (VVN-1500/- +Tuition fee-900/- +
Computer fee-300/-) per quarter.
iii) Fees for XI Commerce and Humanities with I.P Rs.2850/- (VVN-1500/- +Tuition fee-900/- + I.P
fee - 450/-) per quarter.
1)
Students must come in proper uniform from top to bottom (low vest & narrow trouser not
allowed) at the time of admission or any enquiry.
2)
No students will carry Mobile in the School Campus.
3)
Proper hair should be maintained by the Students
Note : Non-CBSE and non-K.V. students can go through the School website, and if any vacancy exists
after the completion of admission of the student of this Vidyalaya, they can approach between
02.10 PM to 03.30 PM or see the notice Board outside of the main Gate
No parents will to be found moving in the corridor and class rooms without prior permission of
Vice-Principal or Principal. No students will come out without out pass failing which, disciplinary
action will be taken.
