Calendars are huge because the sororities have this populated with many events. This should be full so
that you can properly plan your events around others
Marissa and I have a lot of consultants coming in to have meetings.
o We would like to have the consultants meet with the chapter presidents before we meet with
them.


MLK day of Service. if anyone is interested in joining the planning and implementation committee

Trying to push the Student application fund. Organizations are eligible for $500. Orgsync, student
activities, student activities funding request form.
o 40,000-60,000 dollars available to all RSOs
We have had some concerns about things that have happened at a party a few weeks ago. We need to
have people that say something about what is going on, do something about it, or just leave. Need to
have a tighter community.

a. The Herd's proposition for fund allocation
i. Date of Distribution: November 13th
ii. Number of towels: 1100 (enough for entire student section)
iii. Amount needed from sponsors: $230
iv. Date Money is needed: October 8th all sponsors and money finalized
v. Discussion on this topic
1. (Phi kappa Psi) How is this going to benefit the chapters.
a. Getting name out there
2. (John) Big benefit is towards the athletes department. How much are they
putting toward this?
a. We are not partnered with the athletes department
3. (Gunby) Could we get these towels for every member?
a. If you are in the Student section
4. (Na) If the main purpose is promoting ourselves
5. (Sigma Chi) I don't know how long these towels will be good for. how long is our
investment good for
6. (Teriba) We should get our name out there at a big event
7. (Phi Kappa Psi) Would we have our name as IFC or Greek life?
a. Going to PHC next week
8. (Brie) Would be a great idea to partner up with us, but I don't know how the
girls would react

fraternities by tonight
b. (TKE) Having our first Philanthropy event October 3rd highland park, Chili Cook off. Proceeds go
to St. Judes
c. (Sigma Nu) .1 K run will be October 25th there will be pancake fest following.
d. (Brie) Basket Auctions this October All Greek. Auctioning off people to have a date or service.
i. (Connor) is this Mandatory? no this isn't
ii. (Phi Kappa Psi) Do we do either? We would like to see you do both.
e. (John) Monday is my birthday, will accept cards and cash all week
