Animal Entrepreneurship Agreement
Kind, Size, Duration:
For the school year 20XX-20XX, my SAE will consist of XX head of Animal Project that will
begin on Month 1st and terminate on Month Day, 20XX.
Student Responsibility:
I will furnish and assume X% of the cost of the animal, X% of the feed cost, X% of any
operating costs, X% of any other cost, and assume X% of any labor involved in this project.
Other Party Responsibility:
The other party will furnish and assume X% of any of the cost of the animal, X%feed cost, X%
of any operating cost, X% any other cost and assume X% of any labor involved in this project.
Student Returns:
I will receive X% of all returns in this project and be responsible for X% of any losses in this
project.
Other Party Returns:
The other party will receive X% of all returns and be responsible for X% of any losses in this
project.
Agreement Termination:
This is all by mutual agreement between all parties.
