CT-Express™ Gene-to-Protein service package specifications

CT-Express™ Gene-to-Protein (CT-GOP) service package includes gene synthesis (codon optimized for E. coli), protein
expression screening in E. coli, protein purification and delivery of >2mg purified protein (>75% purity) Membrane and toxic
proteins are excluded.
 For expression in systems other than E. coli and customer special requests, please fill in and submit the Protein Expression
and Purification Service Quotation Form instead.

*ProtenCT will design and use in house optimized contiditions and fusion tags for the project; small tags such as His tag will be left on protein of interest.
*For non-membrane and non-toxic proteins, less than 100 kDa. A $1500 set-up fee pre-payment is required to start the project. If the protein cannot be
expressed or purified per project description, we will send a project summary report and only the set-up fee will be collected.
