Line of scientific effort:
Investigation of pulse power ion and electron beams generation; study of interaction of pulse power
electron and ion beams with condensed substance, non-equilibrium plasma chemical processes;
technology development based on pulse power ion, electron beam applications and vacuum plasma
film deposition.
With the participation and scientific supervision seven accelerators have been developed (3 – in Nizhniy
Novgorod, 1 – in Kazan, 1 – in Omsk, 2 – in China) from them 5 accelerators at Nuclear Physics
Institute and High Voltage Research Institute of Tomsk Polytechnic university.
