referral to ER. Text surgeon and he will triage concern and
advise PCP of next step.
Treated the same as emergent, determined by surgeon.

Gynecology

Acute abdominal pain , Dysfunctional bleeding, Hgb <8
Emergent:within 1 hr
Early pregnancy with acute low abd pain, OB patient with
bleeding, BP > 150/100, decreased fetal movement, no
prenatal care,
OB patient with spotting, Pregnant diabetic patients are on
insulin needing prenatal care,
Obstetrics
Urgent:within 24-48 hours
Routine:next available
Gastroenterology
Emergent:Immediately
Urgent:within 24-48 hours
Routine:4-6 weeks, next available
