Parents,
We need your help to make this year’s Post Prom a success. Please consider attending
the Post Prom organizational meetings and volunteering your time to help make this
year the best yet. We need your help in the following fundraising events.
Baked Goods Raffle &
Pulled Pork Sandwich sales
February 6th
Please bring a baked good item to be raffled off during half time of the Girls and Boys
Basketball games. Please drop off your baked good by 5:30pm before the Varsity Girls
Basketball Game or drop off in the High School office with Kristi Trost during the day.
We need volunteers to help man both the baked goods table as well as the pulled pork
table – please let a committee member know if you are available to help out.
Soup Supper & Auction
March 14, 2015
This is our largest fundraiser of the year. Funds raised will pay for the night of
activities and prizes for those who attend. The Soup Supper and Auction will be held at
the VFW in Valley from 5:30p-9:30p. We ask that you drop off a crockpot of soup,
dessert item and an auction item. We ask you and your family attend that evening. An
event this size requires a lot of help and we ask that you consider volunteering your
time that night. More specific info will be sent to you at a later date.
