I am well aware that “As per the Government scholarship/fee reimbursement ruling,
in case any scholar is availing benefit of any scholarship/fee concession/Financial Aid
from any other source, the college/Institution should return the
scholarship/reimbursement amount to the government/administrator of the Scheme.
Further, Mangalayatan University scholarship rules specify that a student may avail of
only one form of financial assistance (apart from loans) – either from the university or
from the government.”

has been granted fee reimbursement facility by the Government of UP, as well as a

scholarship on fees by Mangalayatan University, I understand that I can choose only
one of them. In this event, I have two options:
1- Authorize Mangalayatan University to get the full amount of government
scholarship/fee reimbursement deposited in student’s account, whereby all
other scholarship/fee concession/financial aid granted by the University will
stand surrendered in view of full payment of fee through scholarship amount.
OR
2- I pay the post-deduction due amount to Mangalayatan University and I take
responsibility for refunding the unutilized amount to the government.
I irrevocably authorize the University to follow Option No.1/Option No.2
