As part of the busy Visitor Experience team, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of visitor satisfaction through the logging, monitoring, analysing and answering of visitor feedback. You will be one of the main customer service points of contact for the National Museum of the Royal Navy and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, which combined welcomes over a million visitors a year.
