Visitor Experience Assistant
£12,674 Per Annum, Pro-rata
This is a permanent part time contract (18.75 hours a week) working flexibly Monday to
Sunday, which includes weekend working.
As part of the busy Visitor Experience team, you will be responsible for maintaining high
levels of visitor satisfaction through the logging, monitoring, analysing and answering of
visitor feedback.
You will be one of the main customer service points of contact for the National Museum of
the Royal Navy and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, which combined welcomes over a million
visitors a year.

Excellent communication skills
A professional telephone manner
Positive and friendly attitude
Ability to organise and analysis data swiftly, and accurately
High level of customer care skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to work as part of a busy team
You must be self-motivated, an excellent team player and ideally have experience of
working in a busy visitor attraction.
