Aircraft Logbooks
Listed below are the “highlights” of the annuals/extra work done on this aircraft. Routine tire
changes, battery changes, full AD compliance records are not listed on these sheets. Since
January 1983 the Tach is 884.19 and all annuals have been done by John Sjaardema and ExcelAir Services staff. Logbooks are complete and there is no damage history at all with this aircraft.

3-4-1985 Tach: 940.39 Annual Inspection. Rebuilt hand brake, rebuilt hoof valve ORing for auto extension.
4-16-1986 Tach: 980.4 Annual Inspection, replaced brake discs, replaced O-Ring again
on auto extension system. Adjusted micro switches
12-17-1986 Tach: 1040.40 Tanis engine preheat installed

















6-9-87 Tach: 1050.90 Annual Inspection, replaced cabin heat control cable, replaced
alternator belts and pulleys. Complied with AD 86-17-01 by replacing am meter with
Electronics International Volt Amp gauge. Installed aileron flap gap seal kit and flap
hinge fairing kit.
7-19-1988 Tach: 1113.30 Annual Inspection, replaced heat elements in pitot head.
12-22-1988 North Star M12 Loran Installed
8-3-1989 Tach: 1162.0 Annual Inspection, replaced cowl steel pins, bushings. Rebuilt
right main oleo strut.
9-6-1990 Tach: 1217.0 Annual Inspection, replaced bulb in baggage compartment and
flex duct in engine compartment for defroster ducts.
11-4-1991 Tach: 1295.70 Annual Inspection. Rebuilt left main oleo strut, replaced faded
glareshield, new seals on original glass, replaced springs for seat back on left seat.
Replaced alternator idler pulley, Complied with Bulletin 946. Replaced all three mufflers
and 3 right stacks.
1-2-1993 Tach: 1329.2 Annual Inspection, rebuilt both drag link pivots and supports
with new bushings, pins, bolts. Rebuilt left main gear actuator with new O-Rings.
2-14-1994 Tach: 1356.5 Annual Inspection, Complied with AD 93-05-10 Service
Bulletin 955 with Kit 766-253. Complied with Service Bulletin 965 concerning engine
mount cracks; none found.
2-11-1995 Tach: 1390.90 Annual Inspection, inspect for rear spar steel corrosion; no
problem, drilled holes.
5-25-1995 Tach: 1397.5 Installed RMD landing lite recognition wing tips.
2-21-1996 Tach: 1404.1 Annual Inspection. Rebuilt right hydraulic actuator with ORings, rebuilt oleo struts for both main gear. Complied with AD 95-26-13 by installing
Teflon hoses on oil cooler lines. Install wing root fairings as per STC SA 1217GL by
Knots2U
5-5-1997 Tach: 1414 Annual inspection. Replaced elevator hinge bearings. Complied
with AD 96-10-03; new bushing/clevis bolt on Flap. AD 97-01-01 Not Applicable
because large stud size.
6-26-1998 Tach: 1428.11 Annual Inspection, cleaned minor corrosion from battery box
area. New fuel gauges installed. New voltage regulator Zeftronics R15106
8-19-1998 Tach: 1429.60 New 211CC vacuum pump
9-29-1998 Tach: 1432.9 Replaced alternator pulley, idler pulley, alternator belt, and air
conditioner belt. 6-11-1999 Tach: 1435.95 Annual Inspection New Gill Battery G-35
6-2-2000 Tach: 1463.30 Annual Inspection. Replaced baggage door seal, rebuilt main
gear scissors with bolts/bushings, replaced bolts/bushings on nose gear support trunnions,
replaced all fluid hoses in engine compartment. New Brackett STC air filter
6-13-2001 Tach: 1493.30 Annual inspection. Replaced steering rod heim rod end.
Applied Boeing T-9 inside both wings and on steel doublers for rear wing spar.
Overhauled left sight fuel gauge. Replaced alternator with ALY6522











3-4-2002 Tach: 1519.4 Replaced nose gear trunnion with new P/N: 67054-003. New
steering horn.
06-26-2002 tach: 1524 Annual inspection. Replaced right flap heim rod end, new pulleys
for elevator trim aft of baggage compartment.
03-23-2004 Tach: 1565.21 Annual Inspection. Replaced elevator support bearings. New
baffle seal on engine baffling.
01-5-2006 Tach: 1583.71 Annual inspection. New brake discs, linings, O-Rings in both
brake calipers. Rebuilt left main and nose gear with new O-Rings/seals. Cleaned minor
corrosion from battery box area. New rivets in butterfly valve of alternate air door.
2-14-2007 Tach: 1607.86 Annual Inspection. New right main tire.
3-20-2008 Tach: 1622.6 Annual inspection. Flex ducts to defrosters replaced. New
voltage regulator. Replaced oil pressure gauge, new battery.
6-4-2009 Tach: 1631.72 Annual inspection. Added doubler bracket to fuselage where
nose gear drag link attaches both inside baggae compartment and externally. New bolts
and bushings on nose draglink. Replaced nose gear retract springs. Added doubler brace
on bottom cowl brace on front side of nose gear. Replaced brake hoses from gear well
fitting to calipers on both sides.
8-12-2010 Tach: 1639.78 Annual Inspection. Replaced both nylon couplers to both
vacuum pumps – blew out vacuum lines.
10-13-2011 Tach: 1644.52 Annual inspection. Adjusted nose gear steering horns to
correct tolerances. Replaced nose steering bolts by pilot right side. Replaced shimmy
dampener. Stripped paint off belly on both right channels back to curve of fuselage.
Removed minor corrosion and replaced front fairing and rear fairing on right channel.
Painted corrosion resistant primer and Matterhorn white Jet-Glo paint to all surfaces.
12-21-2012 Tach: 1649.01 Annual Inspection. Replaced one stud on top cowling,
adjusted cable tension on stabilizer system.
07-01-2014 Tach/Total Time: 1650.88 Rebuilt right main gear oleo strut, right aileron
hinge replaced. Replaced sight gauge in right wing. Replaced dorsal fin fairings and tail
cone in new fiberglass. New Battery. New ignition switch. All three mufflers are new.
AD 13-02-13 complied, new barrels installed.
