Provided support to TT Air Guard Program on an as needed basis.
Air Guard Program Manager (01/11 to 08/12)
Established a dedicated unit to support AW139 helicopters for search and rescue, surface surveillance, law
enforcement, drug interdiction and disaster relief operations for Trinidad and Tobago Air Guard. Managed
contract that included extensive training, flying operations, flight training, engineering and logistical support
services while adhering to CAA and international regulations.
 Responsible for the day-to-day management of the contract and all management responsibilities.
Suriname Country Manager (10/10 to 01/11)
Provided complete managerial support to oil and gas contract in Suriname. Acted as contract liaison between
customer and Bristow. Responsible for successful set up, start up, and implementation of the contract.
Organized staff, logistics, operations, and training.
 Established and operated two AW139 helicopters for exploration contract.
Projects Manager (01/08 to 01/11)
Responsible for main project negotiations and realization of AgustaWestland's Trinidad and Tobago Air Guard
Medium Twin Helicopter Project. Contract encompassed establishing a dedicated unit to operate AW139
helicopters in support of search and rescue, surface surveillance, law enforcement, drug interdiction and
disaster relief operations. Resolved certification problems and developed enhancements. Coordinated the
response to audit findings and recommendations for AOC. Worked closely with superiors to provide a
comprehensive risk management process and ensured risks are identified, along with evaluating existing internal
control’s ability to mitigate the impact and likelihood of occurrence of the identified risks. Providing
recommendations for continued enhancement in international practices.
 Performed audits of external international operations as needed.
 Planned and executed audits to assess controls, operational efficiencies and compliance with selected
policies, procedures and regulations.
Managing Director (01/95 to 01/08)
Grew operations from 3 to 15 ships and from 1 to multiple long-term contractual operations. Ensured
a flawless facility move from Galeota to TTPP without any interruptions of service. Managed $200MM
in inventory, 200+ employees, and union negotiations. Customers included major oil companies;

flight operations. Produced and maintained required and optional TTCAA Operations Manuals, obtaining TTCAA
AOC.
 Organized operation to comply with regulation changes (ICAO) and liaised with TTCAA.
 Responsible for TTCAA operational audits.
