The Role
Reporting to the Residential Lettings Manager, the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator focuses
on the development of new properties for let in the Slough area.
We are in search of a confident and experienced sales professional to further their career in the
estate agency business.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working for a modern and successful estate
agency.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator you will:









Arrange and attend property viewing appointments
Accurately match tenant requirements to available property stock
Proactively generate new business through appropriate touting and leaflet dropping
Negotiate between landlords and tenants
Conduct property valuations in line with market trends
Identify opportunities to sell other products and services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Register new tenant search criteria
Deal with enquiries from existing / potential clients, suppliers and colleagues
The ideal candidate will have:










Experience within a lettings role
Demonstrable experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Property valuation experience
A passion for property and a desire to succeed
An excellent telephone manner
Well-presented
Strong organisational skills
Determination to deliver exceptional customer service
A valid UK driving licence and access to own car for business use
ARLA qualified or a willingness to undertake this qualification
