This contract regarding the following stud service is made between Nicole C. Andersen and (Bitch Owner’s
Name). The following terms and conditions apply for this contract to be met between both parties listed
above.
This Stud Contract will guarantee the actual mating of the previously described dogs. The Bitch
Owner (s) and Stud Owner(s) certify that the information provided is true and correct, and that each
named dog is free from flea s, ticks, worms, any sexually transmitted diseases, and that all
vaccinations are up to date, unless breeding is threw artificial insemination.
1.) _ _ _ Stud fee of $ 1000.00 to be paid in full before breeding takes place.
2.) _ _ _ Stud fee of $ 500.00 to be paid in full before breeding takes place. Stud
owner has the first show quality pick of the litter, to be chosen at or before 8 weeks of
age of either sex and/or color. No puppies shall be sold, or promised until Stud Owner picks their
puppy.
Stud Owners Terms and Agreements
Two (2) live healthy puppies constitutes a litter, if less than two (2) live and healthy puppies are
produced a return service will be provided to the same bitch within one year at no charge.
If no live and healthy puppies are produced from re-breeding, the Stud owner will refund half of the
stud fee to the Bitch owner or a return service to a substitute bitch at no cost.
A copy of the litter registration application(s) will be submitted to the Stud owner upon completion.
No Puppy(s) will be culled in this litter. If any puppy(s) are culled due to excessive white or any other
reason there will be a penalty fee of $5,000 per puppy culled.
If there is a pick puppy given to Stud Owner, the Stud Owner has the right to 1 st pick show quality
puppy of either sex at the age of 8 weeks old. Stud Owner also retains the right to have the kennel
name “Tesoro” on said puppy, Stud owner also decides if the Bitch Owners kennel name will remain
on said puppy. If said puppy does not turn out to be show quality (to be determined from 6-12
months) Stud Owner retains the right to sell said puppy on their contract and at their puppy price.
Every precaution is taken to protect the bitch from illness, accident, fire, and theft. Owner of the
Bitch hereby agrees that the owner of the Stud Dog will not be held liable for any illness, accident,
fire, theft or death of said bitch while under the care of the Stud Dog owners. Unless being artificially

Offspring from this breeding will not be registered or used for breeding in any registry other than AKC
and ASCA.
All shipping and veterinarian charges are the responsibility of the owner(s) of the above mentioned
bitch
Stud Owners reserves the rights to announce said breeding plans on their personal website, personal
Facebook and Tesoro Australian Shepherds Facebook page & group.
Bitch Owner Terms & Agreements
The Bitch Owner guarantees that this bitch has not been exposed to any stud dog prior to being bred
to this stud, and that she will be protected from such exposure after the breeding has taken place. If
any question of parent age should arise, the Stud Owner reserves the right to request DNA testing of
the puppies at the Bitch Owner’s expense.
The Bitch Owner agrees to contact the Stud Owner promptly after the puppies are born and report
the sex, color and tail set of the puppies (if NBT are in the litter)
The Bitch Owner understands and agrees that any guarantees given verbally or in writing to the
puppy buyers from this cross are the sole responsibility of the Bitch Owner.
The Bitch Owner agrees that no puppies from this breeding will not be sold in puppy stores, thru a
broker, a retail outlet, any commercial affiliation, or on the internet via www.puppyfind.com or
similar types of Web Pages, and that no puppies will be sold or registered as a Miniature Australian
Shepherd, North American Australian Shepherd, Miniature American Shepherd, Toy Australian
Shepherd or any other names reflecting those of the mini/toy breed. Breach of these terms will
result in a fine of $5000.00 per infraction, made payable to the Stud Owner via Cashier's Check.
The Bitch Owner agrees to share any hip clearance, eye clearance, health issues or genetic problems
experienced by any pup produced in this litter with the Stud Owner in a timely fashion. Any titles
awarded in any registry will also be shared with the Stud Owner. The Stud Owner has permission to
share this information with any owners of the sire's offspring or close relatives, as well as post the
information on their website.
The Bitch must be of sound, stable temperament. A Bitch that is not of sound, stable temperament
will be returned to the owner (at their expense).
The following necessary paperwork will be sent with the signed contract:
1. Copy of a negative brucellosis test within 14 days if not using chilled or frozen semen.
2. Copy of CERF certificate current within 1 (one) year.
3. Copy of OFA certificates (hips and elbows)
4. Pedigree, Copy of AKC & ASCA registration papers and a color photo of the bitch for our files.
5. List of all vaccinations, including a current rabies certificate and statement that the bitch has been
wormed with within the last 60 days. (Unless using chilled or frozen semen)
6. A Copy of MDR1, HSF4 and CEA (if acquirable)
All Vet, Travel and food purchase while staying with Stud Owner is the responsible of the Bitches
Owner(s). (unless being artificially inseminated)
If puppies are neglected or Bitch owner cannot care for the litter, Stud Owner reserves the right to
take the entire litter and contract becomes null and void. The Stud Owner will not reimburse the cost
of the Stud Fee. The Bitches owner will sign off the litter and puppies will be sold under the Stud
Owners puppy contracts, and will be sold to the Stud Owners clients.
Frozen Semen Agreement
The collection and shipping of Frozen Semen will be provided by the International Canine Semen Bank of
New York. Certified viable semen will be provided to a licensed veterinarian, Dr. __________________________,
chosen by the Bitch Owner. All semen will be inseminated into one bitch resulting in one litter. Only one
(1) litter registration will be signed by Bitch Owner(s). Any excess semen must be destroyed.
This contract shall be deemed a legally binding contract and is under the jurisdiction of the State of New York,
Suffolk County 1st District Civil Court. 3105 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Ronkonkoma New York, 11779
I (We) the owner of the bitch hereby certify(s) that we have read this contract, and understand its complete
contents, and agree fully to the conditions mentioned.
