Joined the BP Caspian Sea Exploration LTD as a Production Technician/ CMAS Assessor:
Monitor and control equipment and plant. Administer the various operations, production and reporting
systems
Monitor and control all production, utility and fire & gas systems and maintain records. Ensure all
relative information is reported to the relevant people. Respond to emergencies as required in
accordance with Emergency Procedures. Carry out emergency response duties as per the Site
Emergency Plan..
Ensure that all production systems are operated safely, efficiently and with maximum availability and
that emergency systems are maintained in a state of readiness and availability
Responsible for the preparation and isolation of plant and equipment for maintenance and
reinstatement, including pressure and leak testing
Coaching/assessing role of the Production Technicians to BP’s CMAS standards through observation,
questioning, simulation and having the Production technicians demonstrate their underpinning
knowledge; verify their competency levels, along with any APEL (Accredited Prior Experience and
Learning)

My experience has included achieving safe and efficient operations on the assigned facility,
responsibility for performance management, offshore processes and systems organization, setting the
direction for the offshore installation and develop and deliver against plans and influence key areas of
production strategy such as developments in production optimization, production chemistry and front end
engineering. Applied engineering skills to troubleshoot individual well gas lift problems and optimize full
platform lift performance, tested individual well performance to identify production problems and
unrealized production potential.
Research Department Manager
Working as a manager of the Research Department offered and supervised application of technicaltechnological arrangements with the purpose to extent gusher regime of wells. I managed development of a
new gusher-gaslift method of exploration and practical application of this method in the development of oil
and gas fields. I offered a new method of investigation for arranging of optimum work regime of gusher,
gusher-gaslift and gaslift wells. Published several articles in the worldwide journals and registered two
patents. The problem of unification of the work of gusher –gaslift and gaslift wells groups has been solved
and it gives an opportunity of predicting of optimum work of other wells on the investigation data of one
well included into this group.
As a result of experiments and researches I completed my dissertation ” The tasks of development and
implement of optimum regulating regime of wells working by gusher-gaslift method” and got Ph.D. degree
