This notice is being provided as a result of the filing of an application for permanent alien labor
certification for the job opportunity described below. Any person wishing to comment may provide

Assistant Professor in Kansas City, Kansas
This is a faculty position in the Pediatric Gastroenterology Division in the Department of Pediatrics with
responsibilities for clinical service, educational service and research and scholarship. Pediatric
Gastroenterology inpatient and outpatient service to be shared equally with divisional faculty. Medical
student and resident teaching. Grand Rounds at least every 2 years. Grand Attending Rounds at least
every year or as assigned by the Division Chief. Participate in area outreach and growth of pediatric
gastroenterology division. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Department Chair or Division
Chief.
M.D. or foreign degree equivalent to an MD. Board Certified pediatrician. Completion of
Gastroenterology fellowship.
PREFERRED: Good written and oral communication skills.
