FISCAL:
From the audited draft for the 2013-14 fiscal year at of the end of June 30, 2014, the total

and tipping.

OPERATIONS:
A new substitute, Nathan Rubin, was used for one day and he did well.
David noted that the cans and bottles are being kept organized and disposed of more
promptly.
Jim Coombs said items that can be recycled are not always being recycled. The
Committee recognizes this and understands that continuing education with citizens is
necessary.
The metals were picked up. Lincoln County Recycled (LCR) does Universal Waste (UW)
pickups nearly weekly.
Dolores Pinette reported that some citizens have complained that the placement of the TS
sign blocks the view to the left on Bay Point Rd. when exiting the TS. The Selectmen
requested that the sign be moved closer to the TS about 10 feet.
OTHER:
No other topics were noted.
NEXT MEETING:
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at
