Admission Notice(2015-16)
The State Board of Technical Education Punjab has decided to fill the vacant seats for
admission to diploma courses for the session 2015-2016 at institute level.
The eligibility criteria for admission to diploma courses have been amended as under:
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION
(a)
1st year of Diploma Course - Candidates who have passed Matriculation
Examination (Math, Science, English Pass). Preference will be given to JET Appeared
students.
(b) 1st Year MOP - Candidates who have passed +2 Examinations with any subject.
(c) 2nd Year of Diploma Course (LEET) - Candidates who have passed +2 Examinations
with Non Medical /Vocational or I.T.I. subject.
Fee Detail
Fee to be collected at the time of admissions Rs 18150/-( The students of SC/ST Category of
Punjab shall pay Rs 1100/- only at the time of admission, subject to condition that family
annual income is less than Rs 2,50,000/-) along with fee mentioned as under :
a. For 1st semester diploma courses in engineering – Rs.550/- per student (Rs. 250/- for
prospectus + Rs. 300/- processing fee).
b.
2nd year diploma courses in engineering / non-engineering courses- Rs. 1250/- (Rs. 250/prospectus + Rs. 1250 processing fee)
c. 1st semester diploma in MOP – Rs. 1250/- (Rs. 250/- prospectus + Rs. 1000 processing
fee)
Fee Waiver category
“Those candidates whose gross family income from all sources is less than
Rs 6.0 lacs.”
You are requested to deposit the fee Rs 7150+550 at the time admission.
Preference shall be given to JET candidates. Admission date for counselling at
college level is 21/7/2014. Admission will be made on merit basis.Students must
report at the college at 9.00 am sharp.
