Senior Year is Finally Here

*Senior Dues of $135 are due with cash or check made payable to St. Georges by January
27th to Mrs. Williams in Student Activities*
You CAN pay installments. ALL SENIORS need to pay this.
See Mrs. Williams with questions.
There will be a $10 late fee added on each month.
Senior dues include: Class of 2016 T-shirt, Yearbook with your name engraved on it, End of Year Senior Celebration, Cap,
Gown, and 2016 Tassle, and class gift back to the school.
Make note of the following important SENIOR DATES:
Wednesday, September 30th: Last opportunity to have your senior picture taken for the yearbook
Friday, October 16th 2pm: Homecoming PepRally in gym, Senior color is black
Saturday, October 17th 7-10pm: Homecoming Dance $25, A Night In Wonderland
Tuesday, October 20th 6pm: Financial Aid night in Lecture Hall
Wednesday, October 21st: College Fair in SG Gym
First week in November is College Application week
Friday, October 30th: Deadline to turn in Baby Pictures for Yearbook to Mrs. Tuson (They
will be returned to you after)
Thursday, November 12 8:10am: MANDATORY SENIOR MEETING. Class of 2016 Panoramic
picture in gym followed by graduation cap and gown ordering and sizing in lecture hall
Tuesday, January 26th 6-8pm: FAFSA workshop completion in Lecture Hall
Wednesday, January 27th: $135 Senior Dues are due from ALL members of Class of 2016
to Mrs. Williams in Student Activities ($10 monthly late fee applies)

Friday, January 29th: Senior Yearbook Ads due

Thursday, May 19th: Senior Recognition Practice 10:15am in SG Gym
(Mandatory for those attending Senior Rec Ceremony)
Friday, May 20th 6-10pm: Junior/Senior Prom @Executive Banquet Hall
Tuesday, May 24th7pm: Senior Recognition Ceremony in SG Gym
Seniors meet in cafeteria from 5:45-6:15pm
Business Casual Dress, No jeans/sneakers
The Senior Recognition Ceremony is where the students will receive their career certificate (limited, proficient, or
exemplary) as well as other special awards and scholarships related to both athletics and academics. Any family/friends that
cannot attend graduation should attend this event.
Wednesday, May 25th , Time TBD: MANDATORY Graduation Practice in SG Gym
(You will receive your cap, gown, & graduation tickets)
Friday, June 3rd 7pm: Graduation @ Bob Carpenter Center, U of D.
Students need to arrive 5:45-6:15pm
