Test Center Approval Form Form
Boise State University is looking to provide a system of placement testing for our international students prior to
their arrival on campus. Our goal is to offer them an opportunity to test in a familiar environment that allows
them to maximize their score on the COMPASS (math placement) and ESOL (writing placement) exams.
In order to accomplish this goal, we are asking testing centers located in colleges and universities around the
world to review our requirements and decide if they will be able to meet the technology and test security
guidelines Boise State University has established.
If you can meet these requirements, and you are interested in offering this service to your community, please
complete the form at the end of this document.
I, ____________________________________________, have read the requirements below and my facility
and staff are able to meet these requirements:
