Spring Mid Semester Evaluation
The Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) requires that all LSAMP research,
summer research, community college scholars, and 2013/2014 student scholars submit a midsemester evaluation for the Spring 2014 semester to assess your progress. This evaluation form seeks
to gather pertinent information about your Spring semester activities and ensures successful annual
reporting for the office.
The mid semester report will be due on Friday, April 4th, along with your research
photograph and all copies of oral and poster presentations presented.
