The Riverside Municipal Court, by authority of the Missouri Supreme Court Rule 37.49, does establish this
Violation Bureau and does designate the Court Administrator and Court Clerks of the City of Riverside to
accept appearance, waiver of trial, plea of guilty, and payment of fine and costs for the above designated
violations and to enter the pleas on the record and transmit the violation record as required by law. The
violations within the authority of the bureau shall be designed by the order and may be amended from time to
time.
ANY VIOLATION INVOLING AN ACCIDENT, DRUGS/ALCOHOL, ASSAULT, THEFT, OR
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY IS A MANDATORY COURT APPEARANCE AND WILL NOT BE
DISPOSED OF THROUGH THE VIOLATIONS BUREAU.
