STUD AGREEMENT SPECIFICS:
Three (3) or more live puppies constitute a litter. In the event no litter is produced or is lost within the first
five (5) days due to no fault of Freedom Fighter Kennels LLC, a repeat breeding on the bitch's next heat
will be provided at no additional charge of a Stud Fee. If for any reason the above named Stud or Bitch
are unable to be bred at any point, Stud Fee will be applied to another breeding mutually agreed upon by
both parties. In the event of Artificial Insemination (AI), Stud owner agrees that Freedom Fighter Kennels
chosen Reproduction Specialist shall be the final authority regarding the quality of the sample, timing and
mode of insemination. Stud Owner also acknowledges that should the planned breeding not be completed
for any reason, any semen samples already shipped may be stored at the Bitch Owners expense at a
qualified facility for future use under the terms and conditions of the Stud Agreement. The Bitch Owner
assumes all costs incurred for any veterinary procedures and/or reproductive services or medical
treatment required for the female while she is in the care of the Stud Owner, during pregnancy, whelping
of the litter and after care. Stud Owner shall make every attempt possible to breed/tie/lock up, the bitch to
above named stud as many times as possible (minimum of 2) in the case of a natural breeding. Stud
Owner shall provide pictures of all breeding’s/ties as proof of consummation and provide the highest
quality photos available of named Stud for use in record keeping, documentation and/or breeding
advertisement by Freedom Fighter Kennels LLC, and is authorized such use. Bitch Owner shall contact
the Stud Owner immediately upon the litter being whelped. Stud Owner agrees to sign off on any and all
Litter Registration paperwork for resulting offspring regardless of specific registry used and agrees to do
so in a timely fashion. Bitch owner agrees that no offspring from this litter will be used in any illegal
activity including but not limited to dog fighting as defined by applicable Federal and State laws.
