Wednesday – 9/1/10
Sophomores need to pay their money for their
t-shirts today to Ashton Morris.
Homecoming candidates and escorts need to
turn in their profile sheets to Mrs. Chronister.
There is a BPA meeting today in Mrs. McManus’
room. Lunch will be provided but you will need
to bring your own soft drink.
Thursday – 9/2/210
Key Club will meet at lunch tomorrow in the
Library. Lunch will be provided but you will need
to pay your membership dues of $10.
Student Council will meet on Thursday at 5:00 in
Mrs. Chronister’s room.
The senior classis ordering senior t-shirts.
They will be $15, please pay Cooper Tate or
Haley Freeland. Orders are due by Thursday
afternoon.
Friday - 9/10/10
Juniors wanting to take the PSAT test need to
pay $13.00 and sign up in the office. The
deadline to sign up is 9/10/10.
Friday – 9/3/10
There is a FCCLA meeting on Friday at lunch in
Mrs. Paxton’s room. They will be electing
officers. Anyone interested in running for a
FCCLA office needs to see Mrs. Paxton to pick
up an application. We want to encourage
everyone to wear black to the football game
Friday night. We hope to” black out the
stadium”.
Show your Panther Spirit and order a
Homecoming Mum by Friday. They are $7 and
order forms are available in the office.

Homecoming Week:
Wednesday - We will have an abbreviated
rotation schedule for classes on Wednesday
morning. Each class will only last 25
minutes. The Kiwanis’s Club will host a
hamburger cook out at lunch for everyone.
They are encouraging students to sign up
for Key Club. We will provide chips and
water/soft drinks.
After lunch we will have Spirit Day
activities. Class contest & games. Athletes
will go to their 7th hour class.

Thursday – We will build floats at the
high school. The parade starts at 6:30.
Friday – District wide Pep Assembly at
9:00 in the gym. Lunch will be provided
for all the football team, cheer, pom, Krew
and band at First Baptist. They will be
dismissed at 11:25 and should be back in
time for 5th hour.
