V: Committee Reports:
1. Chair Aubrey: here to help and then some; outreach chair can have a
subcommittee meeting for help outreach; all chairs have subcommittee
meetings to delegate and ask for help
2. Co-Chair Jules: also here to help out
3. Treasurer Glen: have had 2 events since last meeting (haunted house and
roller-skating); both in the red; prudent reserve = $1400; currently have
$926.28 in account
4. Secretary Anna: minutes posted on the website and posting them on FB
before the business meeting; need someone to fill in for Dec meeting
5. Events Rob: events going well; Halloween was awesome; thanks for all
helping with the haunted house = epic; Roller skating event was really
fun; lost money on the event (knew we would be losing money); ideas for
next events: Dec is open mic night (requested Dec 13 or 20 at P90);
another idea is SocHop dance; can make money back on the next 2 events
6. Co-Events Tim: glad to be back; wants to be more involved; Rob’s “killing
it”
7. Programs Chad: speaker was good at roller skating event; apologize for
not being at Halloween
8. Co-Programs Eden: no report
9. Hospitality Jeff S.: totally stocked on energy drinks for next event
10. Co-Hospitality Joof: absent
11. Outreach Jules: been outreaching to East Bay, Los Gatos, SF; will start a
subcommittee meeting
12. Co-Outreach Sarah: went to Berkley and will be outreaching more
13. Fellowship Kyle Z: fellowshipped at Jeff S. house; will plan something
soon;
14. Co-Fellowship Kasia: no report; will be helping Kyle
15. Bonfire Meeting Brittney: service position over
16. Service Liaison Katie Mc: absent; needs Dec event by 11/21 to announce
at GS; been announcing our events at the meeting; can put events in GS
newsletter;
17. Co-Service Chad: been corresponding with Katie Mc
18. YPAA Liaisons
a) YPAA Jeremy: went to GGY business meeting and have fliers for
SOCY events
b) ACYPAA/SCCYPAA Kristin: reach out to ACY for helping with
NYE event—fliers have been made but we are not co-hosting; has
fliers
19. Graphics Aubrey: will make flier for next event
20. Co-Graphics Joof: absent
21. Prayer Chair Sarah: did St. Francis prayer
22. Website Anna: new website is up; posting upcoming events on the
website; took travelling meeting off the website; added a map of the
business meeting

VI: Old Business
o Group inventory—tabled until reelections and make it priority for next committee
VII: New Business
o ACY marathon meeting: MOTION to have a marathon meeting PASSED;
nominated Lissy for secretary and Jules for chair
o Ways to support ACY: NYE event—theme is old school formal black and white
affair; their business meetings are 2nd and 4th every month in SJ from 12pm-3pm;
after next month they will be every week; we would love to have them be cohosts for our events; keep on table for next business meeting
o T-shirts: discussed design and agreed to get (cheap) tshirts; tabled
o Token bid: Jeff is working on the skit; should have a subcommittee meeting for
the skit
