1. Big Camp
a. Friendly Pines was awesomest (Wamatochick was weird/sketchy/messy)
i. $6000 – we could possibly negotiate the price
1. let them know that we have been there before
2. they know about Camp Wildcat, so we can emphasize how we help
kids in the same way
3. we need to make sure the price is all-inclusive
4. Fundraising (side note)
a. *we definitely will sell concessions at some basketball
games this year
ii. AM and Raquel will work together to sign us up

i. Some time during the week of May 12-16
ii. Let’s do it as soon after finals end as possible so greatest number of people

a. AM reviewed w/everyone to make sure everything is ready

3. Program Coordinator
a. Raquel has been officially appointed, yay!
b. Sarah H will meet w/Raquel to hand over the position officially, give her the
binder, and help her get started
c. For now:
i. Ke will add Raquel to cslist
ii. Help directors w/planning upcoming camps
1. starting w/Lara and Sarah M on Sound Camp
2. Sarah M will come to next week’s mtg to discuss Sound Camp
a. Since Lara cannot make it, Sarah M and Lara will send the
packet of stations to cslist before next week’s mtg to get
feedback from e-board
iii. Get first e-mail newsletter (CS News) draft from Sarah H
1. *we will tell general members to have their parents sign up for it at
next general mtg

a. Lara cannot be here next week
i. mandatory choir rehearsal
1. the concert is Fri., Oct. 26 in Gammage at 7:30pm, so everyone
should come!
