Much, much more!
Celebrating our 50th year of providing
leadership opportunities to middle level
students and advisors in Arizona!
The AAJHSC has been created to perform
and conduct the following for our members:

To unite the junior high and middle
school (grades 6, 7, and 8) student
councils of the state of Arizona into an
association.

To develop leadership skills in Student
Council members across the state.

To exchange ideas and network with
member schools.

To educate students and advisors in
the workings of a student council.

To enhance the five goals of student
council –
citizenship
academic achievement
leadership
school/community involvement
diversity
Participation in our events and activities is
voluntary for our members. Some councils
choose to participate in everything, other
choose just a few. It’s up to you!
