before, Deer Run will assign a GHIN number for you. Any player without a handicap must play 5 rounds to establish a
handicap (may use scores from other courses). Handicap must be established in order to be eligible for weekly event
prizes.

Cancellations need to be made by MIDNIGHT on SATURDAY NIGHT. There are no exceptions. If you cancel after this time
or do not show up for golf on Tuesday, you are considered a “No Show”. We require all League Members to submit a “No
Show” check. This is used to cover green fees and administrative costs associated with “no shows”. The amount of your
check is based upon your golf classification:
League Member (<55) $43.00 _______
League Member (> 55) $35.00 _______
Shareholder, Unlimited Season Pass, Employee $15.00 ________
If you are a "no show", your check will be cashed. Then, you must send Sue Murphy another "no show" check. All
members must have a no show check on file with Sue in order to be eligible for events. Checks which are not used will
be shredded at the end of the year unless a member requests it to be returned.
League fees are non-refundable after the first day of golf.
