compliance with Open Meeting Law

Present:

Board of Canvassers verified that the number of voters was not larger than the
highest number of voters on the poll lists for each municipality.

Canvass of votes cast September 14, 2010 Partisan Primary Election: pages 2-16

4:15 p.m. Board of Canvassers member Suzanne B. Dohner gave verbal notice
of her resignation effective at 5:15 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 2010.

5:15 p.m. MOTION (Carignan/Van Oosten), to adjourn, and reconvene at 7:30
a.m., Friday, September 17, 2010. Motion carried unanimously

8:00 a.m., Friday, September 17, 2010 reconvened: Due to a family emergency,
Sauk County Board of Canvassers member Patricia L. Carignan was not able to
attend the reconvened 7:30 a.m. meeting. Sauk County staff member Deputy
County Clerk Rebecca C. Evert took the place of Patricia A. Carignan; and Sauk
County Clerk Beverly J. Mielke took the place of resigned member Suzanne B.
Dohner.

