General Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the quality assurance standards of all Sand´N Sea (SNS) properties. All
Inspector duties will be performed with the goals of 100% homeowner, guest and co-worker
satisfaction, efficiency and fiscal responsibility to the Company.
Essential Functions:
1. Perform inspections – post-departure, pre-arrival and ongoing inspections-as per
established SNS standards, utilizing SNS forms, policies and procedures
2. Communicate to supervisors in an accurate, timely and organized way as per Company
policy, regarding property status or property issues
3. Perform annual deep inspections
4. Perform inspections of homes with special instructions as per protocols established by the
Property Services Supervisor and homeowner
5. Respond to guest requests as needed
6. Perform minor maintenance work found during inspections

 To perform other duties as may be required or assigned

 Must have a reliable vehicle, current drivers license and auto insurance
 Must be flexible about work schedules for weekend/peak season/event/holiday work
Education or Formal Training:
 High school diploma or GED

Working Environment/Physical Activities:
 On-site house inspections
 Ability to lift 30 lbs.
 Sometimes extremely hot or cold environments
 Miscellaneous interior office work
Company will provide: inspector supplies
Compensation: Hourly. Overtime paid after 40 hours; eligible for retirement plan;
mileage paid when performing company-related tasks; if applicable, reimbursement for
cell phone usage.
