Directions:
To help make the WebQuests align with your curriculum; please answer the following questions with as much detail as possible.
The topics provided are for WebQuests that will be available February 1st. WebQuests are created using SS and Science topics with
RDG/LA/English topics integrated. If you provide RDG/LA/English topics please provide a SS or Science topic that can be integrated
also. Not all topics suggested will have WebQuests created for them; we are creating WebQuests based upon topics
received that are similar across the 3 districts we serve. Grade levels with several participants may turn in one survey with the
topic(s) of choice for each subject and all of the teacher’s names listed.
Social Studies:
1. List the topic(s) in Social Studies taught during the month of October:
(example: communities, map skills, The American Revolution)
2. List the TEKS that go with the above topic:
(The TEKS for each topic must be listed to be considered):
3. Do you use the Social studies textbook as your primary resource?
If not, then what other resources do you use?
4. The length of time for Social Studies per class period:
(example: 48 min class period or 40 min sometime during the school day, every other week for 45 minutes)

Science:
