Lump Sum Share: Managing Request
We kindly ask the University of Granada, as coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Action 1
Strand 1 Lot 1 project “Al Idrisi” (Cooperation Agreement 2011 – 2480 / 001 – 001 – EMA2), to
manage the amount of
5.000 €
Lump Sum corresponding to our university. This amount is the share of the lump sum available
for the organization of the mobility that, according to the decision of the Project Coordination
Board, corresponds to our university as a partner of the aforementioned project. If necessary, and
upon our request, the coordinating university will provide a list of the expenses incurred.
According to the guidelines for Erasmus Mundus External Action 2 projects, our university
agrees to spend the amount stated above only for eligible costs and expenses incurred in the
aforementioned project for purposes such as:
Diffusion and promotion of the project
Participation in project meetings (i.e. Kick-off meeting and final meeting at the end of the
project)
Administrative costs related to the management of the project
For every expense made out of the lump sum, our university will send all original invoices and
receipts to the coordinating university. The coordinating university will keep all receipts and
supporting documents for all the above mentioned expenses for at least 5 five years.
