Please answer the questions below as thoroughly and candidly as possible. Your responses will
help us get to know your student better in multiple contexts and effectively counsel your student
throughout the college process. Information from this questionnaire will only be shared if
you give us permission to quote from it in the confidential School Report that is sent to
colleges. The questionnaire will be destroyed once the college guidance process has been
completed.
SECTION I
1. Please comment on your student’s strengths of personality and character.
2. What are his/her areas of academic strength? What are his/her areas of challenge?

community beyond Loomis Chaffee?
4. Does your student pursue any special interests passionately?

would be helpful for us to know in guiding him or her through the process of applying to
