The Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Office (EEO/AA) is responsible for
oversight of the University's equal opportunity and affirmative action program and for receiving

Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA), as amended
Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978 (PDA)
Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)
