iJAV* INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ORIENTATION

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY & COMPLETELY,
THEN PROCEED AS DIRECTED.
International Student Orientation is a mandatory two-step process
comprised of
a. Pre-arrival online orientation (December 1,2015 – January 11,2016)
b. Face-to-Face Orientation (January 12, 2016).
Failure to complete both sessions will result in an orientation hold that
prevents course registration.
NOTE: Please allow yourself at least ONE (1) HOUR to complete the
entire online process.
1. On the menu, click the “International Student Orientation
Registration” link

Click on the December 2015/January 2016 session according to your
Spring 2016 Admission Letter and/or Form I-20.
2. You will need your Student ID (K number) shown on your admission
letter and/or I-20 to register.
3. The link will disappear, and you must immediately begin pre-arrival
orientation. Once you register for & complete iJAV Online PreArrival
Orientation [Part I], please allow 24-48 hours for removal of your
orientation hold. You will then be eligible to apply for your TAMUK kuid &
email address.
