Responsible for student advising, curriculum planning, and teaching the accounting classes for the Bookkeeping Program at Lewis-Clark State College. Also functions as the local chapter advisor for Business Professionals of America.

Some experience as a corporate trainer for system conversions while employed at Key

Bank of Idaho and Idaho Bank and Trust.

VIII. PUBLICATIONS

I have written two practice sets for my Basic Accounting 1 and 2 classes, which I hope to have published.

This practice set is designed to give beginning bookkeeping students an opportunity to apply all that they have learned in the Basic Accounting 1 class. The premise is to cover the entire accounting cycle for a service business.

This practice set is designed to give bookkeeping majors a true-to-life experience known as a

“shoebox project.” Students are presented with a jumble of assorted documents which they must organize into a comprehensive set of books for a service and merchandising business that covers two fiscal years.
