COMPUTER LAB ASSOCIATE/4 positions- (full-time, day/evening hours) - to
work under the supervision of the Computer Lab Manager, assuring proper availability
and functioning of campus computer labs; assisting students and faculty who use the labs;
maintaining records of lab problems, lab inventory, and lab maintenance; and
participating in research and testing of lab hardware, software, and management tools.
REQUIRED: Associate’s degree in a computer-related discipline, or significant college
credits and extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
PREFERRED: Experience in a customer service environment, supervision, and working
in a higher education or K-12 setting is desired. Position does not have fringe benefits.
