DECISION
Re: Promulgating the Program on building the legal normative documents
of the People’s Committee of Thai Binh province in 2013.

PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE OF THAI BINH PROVINCE
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the People’s Councils and People’s
Committees dated 26/11/2003;
Pursuant to the Law on promulgating legal normative documents of the
People’s Councils and People’s Committees dated 03/12/2004;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 91/2006/ND-CP dated 06/9/2006 of the
Government stipulating in details the execution of some articles of the Law on
promulgating legal normative documents of the People’s Councils and People’s
Committees;
In consideration of the proposal of Director of Department of Justice at the
Statement No. 182/TTr-STP dated 27/12/2012,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To promulgate the Program on building the legal normative
documents of the People’s Committee of Thai Binh province in 2013 (including 18
Decisions) in attachment to this Decision.
Article 2. Heads of departments, sectors assigned to preside over are
responsible for coordinating with related units to build the draft documents and send to
Department of Justice for appraisal before submitting to the Provincial People’s
Committee for signing and promulgation.
Article 3. The Decision becomes valid since the signing date.
Chief of the Provincial People’s Committee Secretariat, Director of Department
of Justice, Heads of related departments, sectors, Chairmen of the People’s
Committees of districts, city are responsible for executing the Decision./.
