 Master of Surgery ( M.S.) in Orthopaedics is expected on June 2013 from
Guru Nanak Dev Hospital and Govt. Medical college, Amritsar
 Post graduation including managing patients with complete history,
examination and performing all major and minor orthopaedic surgeries
including – upper limb and lower limb trauma, joint arthroplasty, arthroscopy,
orthopaedic tumour surgery and spine surgery.
 Experience of working in Guru Ramdas trauma and rehabilitation
centre.
 Performed independent surgeries in the emergency department managing
all types of closed and compound injuries of upper and lower limb and
proficient in management of peri-articular and intra-articular fractures.
 Performed independent hip hemi-replacement.
 Assisted as first assistant in the numerous major surgeries: THA, TKA,
ACL reconstruction and arthroscopic Bankart’s repair.
 Performing limb lengthening surgeries using Illizarov’s methodology &
limb reconstruction system.
 Managing the out patient department in the busy Guru Nanak Dev Hospital.

Performing independent pediatric surgeries including lower limb and upper
limb trauma, deformity correction and other disorders in the Bebe Nanke
Children Hospital.

 Did the thesis work on “ROLE OF HIGH TIBIAL OPEN WEDGE OSTEOTOMY IN
THE MANAGEMENT OF OSTEOARTHRITIS KNEE STABILIZED BY UNILATERAL
EXTERNAL FIXATOR– A CLINICAL STUDY” in 2010-12.
