Students can checkout games on Fridays starting April 27th in the upper
hallway from 2:45-3:30. They need to be returned to Mrs. Malone’s office
on Wednesday of the following week. If a game is not returned or is
returned in poor condition, you will be charged for it. Students will not
be allowed to checkout a game without parent permission. Return your form
to your teacher and they will put it in Mrs. Malone’s box.

 Some games have small pieces and may be a hazard to small children. Please
mark the games your child has permission to check out.
 Please keep your child’s age level in mind when marking games. Games are
listed in order of suggested age level.
