Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing at the BABICM office. A refund of the payment, less a
processing charge of £25 will be made if you cancel your booking on or before 13th May 2016.
No refunds will be given after this date. Substitution of delegates may be made at any time,
without cost, by contacting the BABICM administrators. (secretary@babicm.org)
Accommodation & Parking:
This can be booked directly with The Hilton Birmingham Metropole. Agreed room rates are:
Room only @£117.60 per night single occupancy and £129.60 per night single occupancy.
(Please note breakfast is provided at registration on Thursday 16th and room only should
be booked for the night of the 15th)
Please note there may be car parking charges. Tickets for reduced rate can be obtained from the
BABICM registration desk.
