Ocular anterior morphology and orthokeratology clinical studies

Abstract: The report illustrated the state of the art of ocular anterior morphology technology and
its application in clinical orthokeratology researches. The technology mainly included ultra-high
resolution OCT, ultra-long OCT, corneal topography, confocal microscopy et al. A series studies
about tear, corneal epithelium movement, nerve fibers with the fitting have been conducted. The
study outcome indicated the efficiency of fitting and its mechanism, problems induced and its
solution.
