Family Medicine Specialists!!
Shizuoka Family Medicine
(SFM) Training Program
The Shizuoka Family Medicine Training Program is a world-class family physician
training program that prepares family physicians who can work especially in group
practice.
We strive to train family medicine specialists who can be a primary care physician
for the entire family, revive community health, and effectively provide care in the
super-aging society.
SFM Program’s 8 Features
❶ Supported by the Local
Government
• A family medicine training program managed by two cities and one town of Shizuoka
Prefecture (Iwata-City, Kikugawa-City, and Mori-Town)
❷ Excellent Training and

❸ Supported by the
Department of Family Medicine
