JOSHUA
So the LORD was with
_______ . . .
• Previously...
• People of Jericho wondered how could these people cross the
river of Jordan while it was full of water.
• The people of Jericho knew that God’s people were coming, so
they closed the city gate.
• While Joshua was near Jericho…
• Is this man a friend or an enemy?
• “Neither”, the man answered.
• “No, but as Commander of the army of the LORD I have now
come.”
• Joshua threw himself on the ground in worship…
• And the commander of the Lord’s army said to him …
• “Take your sandal off your foot, for the place where
you stand is holy.”
• “See! I have given Jericho into your hand, its king, and the
mighty men of valor. (brave, courageous)
• You shall march around the city, all you men of war; you shall
go all around the city once.
• This you shall do six days.
• And seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams’ horns
before the ark. But the seventh day you shall march around the
city seven times,
• and the priests shall blow the trumpets. It shall come to pass,
when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when you
hear the sound of the trumpet, that all the people shall shout
with a great shout; then the wall of the city will fall down flat.
And the people shall go up every man straight before him.”
• Day 1…
• Day 2…
• Day 3…
• Day 4…
• Day 5…
• Day 6…

CONCLUSION
• God is always with me , I talk to Him and He hears
me.
• So, remember the LORD all the day, ask His help in
any situation and in anything makes me afraid, and
say a prayer to God feeling that He is with me
hearing all the time and He will answer my prayers
which I pray with faith.
