Liability of Alcohol Service
• Service to under 21.
• Service to already intoxicated.
• High risk behaviors after consuming alcohol.
Key to remember about alcohol liability:
if someone does something stupid
under the influence of alcohol you
served or provided for them,
you are liable!
Types of Liability
• Administrative (ABC/Against Licensee)
- $750 - $6000 fine, 15 day - indefinite
suspension, revocation

• Criminal (Court/Against Server)
- $1000 - $2700 fine,
community service, jail
